Description:
This is a 99% rifle. Metal is excellent. Stock is excellent with nicely figured wood. This is an early 52D made in 1961. It has the standard weight target barrel. It is a single shot target rifle.
The rifle shows very little evidence of use. The bore is perfect. The metal is excellent. There is minimal wear on the receiver where the bolt is cycled. There are a few minimal marks on the wood but nothing of note. The wood has much greater figure than is typically found on these rifles making it highly desirable in my opinion.
All in all this is an exceptional Winchester 52D in standard barrel configuration.
