Description:
This Valmet was Imported by Simpson LTD and marked on the rear right-hand side of the receiver as it curves at the bottom. The left side barrel chamber area is marked "VALMET / MADE IN FINLAND". The left side of the bottom barrel's chamber is marked with the serial number "90582", "12/70 GA - IM" / "222 Remington". The right side of the top barrel's chamber is marked "PROOF TESTED 12GA. 2 3/4" CHAMBER". The inside forend metal is stamped "582". The forend hinge has decorative markings. The receiver has decorative markings. The bottom of the receiver is marked "VALMET". The receiver is serial matched to the barrels. The barrels are 23.5" with a serrated ventilated rib. The front sight is a fixed blade mounted to the rib. The rear sight is a folding leaf in front of the scope rail. The two-piece stock set has a detachable checkered forend, checkered semi-pistol grip, fluted Monte Carlos comb and a serrated VALMET black hard rubber butt-plate. 12 Gauge

Metal Condition: "97%, with light handling wear.
Wood Condition: 90% with scattered light dings. Compression marks and dents mainly on the bottom of the forend.
Bore Condition: Both are excellent bright bores.
