***SOLD***US Springfield Model 1884 Cadet Rifle .45-70 Gov't single shot rifle, dated to approximately 1890. This rifle features the classic Trapdoor single shot design, solid walnut stock, with a shortened barrel and handy profile, known as the Cadet Rifle configuration. The rifle is in great functional condition with a tight breech bolt and a fully functional lock. The bore shows some mild rough areas but still looks to be in shooting condition. The rifle has been refinished in a deep blue, as shown. Please refer to the photos for overall condition. This is a great historic shooter! Antique, no FFL required. Shipping $125.***SOLD***
