Description:
ON HOLD
This is a hard to find Japanese procured FN 1910 pistol, made arounf 1936. Most of the guns used by non-commissioned officers were kanji marked but the guns purchased by the higher ranking officers were not, being imported into Japan through commercial channels. The factory letter accompanying this gun confirms the sale to GECO (Gustav Genschow and Co) in Germany in 1936, which exported FN made guns  to Japan as well alongside with the German guns of the era as FN did not market handguns in Japan. This gun is in excellent  condition, retaining nearly 98% of it blueing with only wear on the front edges of the slide from being holstered. It comes with its original Japanese made holster with field repair on the shoulder strap tabs and the flap hinge and two FN marked mags. It has very nice grips and excellent bore.
This is one of more difficult variations of FN1910 pistol for a collector to acquire.
