Description:
Up for is a beautiful Ruger New Model Single Six John Wayne Commemorative revolver chambered in .32 H&R Magnum. This Ruger has a barrel length of approximately 3.75 inches and comes in the factory original box. The factory gray Ruger hard case and the factory test fired shell casing, the manual and the factory Talo Distributors booklet describing the model, it's features and limited production. The original model number for this ruger is 6535. This Ruger appears to be in great mechanical condition and everything appears to work as it should. The bore is bright with strong rifling and is in good condition. This Ruger does not appear to have been fired or used much and has likely spent the majority of its life in its box. The left side of the frame is engraved with the letter D, along with John Wayne's signature on the barrel. The cylinder is factory engraved as well. The right side of the frame shows the factory "DUKE" prefix serial number. Also on the left side are the words "John Wayne Licensed by JWE". The factory birdshead style grips are marked with the Ruger logo along the the initials "JW". The back of the grip is engraved with the initials "JW" as well. From our research according to Talo, there were 1250 of these John Wayne models manufactured. This revolver would make an excellent addition to anyone's collection. These Single Six John Wayne models are getting harder and harder to find. Don't let this Ruger pass you by!
