Description:
Lightly used Colt Government Model Series 70 with a 5" barrel. This latest series colt is marked on the left side of the slide "GOVERNMENT / *MODEL*", "COLT", "AUTOMATIC / CALIBER .45" and with a rampant colt. The right of the frame is marked "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A." with the serial number "GV036876". The right side of the slide is marked "COLT GOVERNMENT MODEL". The top of the barrel is marked "-COLT .45 AUTO N.M.-". The left of the trigger guard is marked "VP" in triangle and "F". The front sight is a fiber optic blade fixed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a square-notch dovetailed to the rear of the slide. The grips are two-piece checkered wood with double diamonds and the rampant Colt pony. .45 ACP
