Description:
This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .22 LR ammunition manufactured by Remington as part of the "Hi-Skor" series of 1938 which only lasted until 1940 due to lack of popularity. This green, red and white one piece box is crisp and in excellent condition. The color remains bright with crisp graphics and the box has sharp excellent edges and corners. The cartridges are in excellent condition. A truly excellent example of this scarce loading. The box is identified as REM-53 LR-1(a) in Roger Huegel's online .22 Rim Fire Box ID Reference based on the original Dunn classification system.
