Description:
1860 Colt Army manufactured in 1861. Early 4 Scew type. All numbers match except the wedge which is a crude homemade replacement. Serial number is 10,104. Overall a gray / brown patina with great markings. 8" barrel with an above average bore. Cylinder was blown out at one time and crudely fixed (period repair). Revolver indexes properly, a little sluggish around repaired cylinder area. Original grips are in good condition. They are the earlier slim Jim style seen on early Colts. Just a neat piece of history offered at reasonable price. Please feel free to ask questions. Antique and can be shipped directly to your doorsteps.
