Description:
Serial #W72222, .44 WCF (.44-40), 24" octagon barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a modern copy of the legendary Henry Rifle and exhibits hardly any evidence of any past use. The barrel and magazine tube retain virtually all of the original blue finish, with a commensurate amount of original color case-hardening remaining on the hammer and lever. The brass frame and buttplate have bright yellow metal as well, and the walnut buttstock has practically no handling marks in the original varnish. The rifle is housed in the original shipping box with papers, and is in excellent condition, exhibiting almost no evidence of prior use. FFL
