Description:
Browning Superposed Presentation Grade P-1K over/under shotgun chambered in 20 Gauge. Rare engraved and gold inlaid Belgian made variant with blued receiver and gold inlays. Both sides of the receiver have two engraved ducks flying over a marsh with gold-inlaid relief. There is an oak leaf and acorn pattern that surrounds the game scenes and is also on the break lever, barrel shoulders, sides of the forearm hardware, on the bottom of the receiver, and on the trigger guard. The barrels have a single nickel bead front sight, are choked Modified over Full and have 3- inch chambers with ejectors. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a Browning branded recoil pad. Date coded to 1978. 20 Gauge
