This is a nice Marlin Glenfield Model 30 chambered in 30-30 Win. The Glenfield 30 was the price point version of the model 336. The main differences being the non-hood front sight and the pressed checkering on the stocks.
This is an original Marlin manufactured rifle with the JM stamp on the barrel. It is a Micro-Groove barrel.
This rifle is in good overall condition with about 90%+ of its original bluing. It does have some wear and handling marks from light to normal useage. The bore/rifling are in great shape. It comes as pictured with the scope rail and hammer extension.
