The Super Blackhawk is a large frame revolver made to take the pressures of high energy cartridges like the .44 Magnum. Features: Traditional western-style, hand-filling grip has long been acknowledged as one of the most comfortable and natural-pointing of any grip style. Transfer bar mechanism and loading gate interlock provide an unparalleled measure of security against accidental discharge. Durable coil springs throughout for maximum reliability. Fixed ramp front sight and adjustable rear sight. Models chambered in the powerful .44 Magnum, also accept factory .44 Special cartridges, which deliver superb accuracy and milder recoil. Cold hammer-forged barrel results in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. This particular example is in very good shape overall with some signs of handling and use but nothing serious. It has been shot some and has light turn rings on the cylinder and a few other marks.
