For sale is a rare Winchester Model 1866 rifle chambered in .44 Henry Centerfire. This rifle was produced in 1869 and looks excellent for its age. The receiver retains a nice yellowish color from the brass/bronze alloy used during production. The magazine and barrel have browned with age but are in great condition. There is some minor pitting on both visible but is not deep. The stock and foregrip are also excellent but feel it's been sanded some time in the past. The bore is fairly dark with some hint of brightness when a light shines through, but there are spots of pitting visible throughout.
