Here is a nice old rolling block carbine. 20" barrel, very handy little single shot rifle. Bore is very good, action works fine, wood and metal are in nice condition with some dings and dents. There is a cartouche on the buttstock but I can't read it to tell you which country bought this rifle initially; maybe you can. With the 7x57 caliber is was Spanish but which one? The initials "RG" are also carved into the forend artistically (pictured). I've shot this little gun with American factory ammunition but I've read that some is now loaded too hot for these older rifles. If I were keeping it I would reload for it as at least one variety of foreign factory ammunition was way too hot for these rolling blocks. Shipping and insurance included in the price to the lower 48. Curio and Relic license acceptable for this rifle.
