THIS MARLIN HAS A 18.5” BARREL WITH ADJUSTABLE BUCKHORN STYLE SIGHTS. THIS RIFLE IS LEVER ACTION HAMMER FIRED WITH A SAFETY SELECTOR. THE RECEIVER IS DRILLED AND TAPPED FOR MOUNTING OPTICS OR A SCOPE. THIS RIFLE HAS A BLUED BLACK FINISH WITH CHECKERED WOOD FURNITURE AND A RUBBER BUTTPAD ON THE STOCK. THIS RIFLE HAS SLING SWIVEL MOUNTS AND IS READY TO BE SETUP ANY WAY THE USER DESIRES. THIS RIFLE USES A SIDE LOADING GATE AND CAN HOLD 9 ROUNDS OF .357 MAGNUM IN THE MAGAZINE TUBE AND ONE ROUND IN THE CHAMBER FOR A TOTAL OF 10 SHOTS. THE BARREL ON THIS RIFLE HAS THE JM STAMPING AND BASED ON THE SERIAL NUMBER THE GUN WAS MADE IN 1993. THE MODEL 1894 WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO SOLVE ISSUES FOUND WITH OPEN TOP REPEATERS AND ULTIMATELY MADE FOR A STRONGER MORE RELIABLE RIFLE. THIS RIFLE IS IN GOOD CONDITION OVERALL WITH A CLEAN BORE, THE ONLY MILD SIGNS OF WEAR ARE IN THE WOOD FURNITURE AND RUBBER BUTPAD.
