Description: This 1974 K frame double action revolver is a Smith & Wesson 66 [no dash, Combat Magnum Stainless] chambered in .357 Magnum. It has a serrated ramped fixed blade front sight, a 6-round fluted counterbored 1.67" cylinder, a 4" serrated rib pinned barrel, a counterbored cylinder, a grooved curved trigger, a shrouded knurled ejector rod, "Presentation" Pachmayr rubber grips, and is 9⅝" in overall length. You will notice the stainless steel (rather than black) adjustable rear target sight which is found on first production models only. The left side of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON". The right side of the barrel is marked "S.&W. 357 MAGNUM". The crane cut is marked with the serial number above "MOD. 66". The sideplate has the S&W monogram logo. The right side of the frame, below the cylinder, is marked with the four-line marcas registradas address. The rear of the cylinder is stamped with a "V". The satin stainless steel finish is in very good to excellent condition with only very negligible handling wear observable. Likewise, the Pachmayr rubber grips are in very good to excellent condition with only light handling wear apparent.
