Payment Types Accepted: AmEx, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Money Order, Certified Check, Personal Check (item held until check cleared) Description: This bushmaster XM-15 is an E2S model – manufactured in Wyndham, ME and features an 11.5” barrel and select fire capability. The select fire is a 3 shot burst variation, and the gun features a fixed carry handle with A2 style sights (windage and elevation adjustable rear and elevation adjustable front).  The collapsible buttstock is a 6 position, Bushmaster-branded polymer stock, and the fore end is a 15-slot quad rail. The front sight is a standard mil-spec FSB-F (I.D. .750”). The controls (bolt release, mag release, and selector switch) are all mil –spec style. The flash hider is a standard 5 slot A2 style threaded 1/2X28 to accommodate readily available suppressors and muzzle devices.  The rifle is chambered in .223 / 5.56mm.  This rifle has been designated as a Post-86 Dealer sample. These guns can only be purchased by SOT dealers, manufacturers, military, and police agencies. Normally, for a dealer to make the purchase they must have a Law Letter from law enforcement. For this transaction, a law letter is not needed due to the Post 86 Sample being in possession of a dealer that is going out of business and will no longer carry their license.   Post Sample gun Form 3’s are clearly marked with a stamp that says “Restricted” on the approved ATF form 3. All items are also available for sale in our brick & mortar store and are subject to prior sale. Think long, think wrong. Payment On firearms, we typically only accept credit cards or money orders/cashier's checks. Sale prices reflect a 3.5% cash/money order discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3.5% to the total cost for such purchases. Any purchases made in the state of Kentucky incur a 6% sales tax. Shipping We ship firearms via UPS and USPS. They must be sent to an FFL. We provide tracking numbers with all of our transactions. Legal Policy We can only ship items to areas in which they are legal. If you live in a more restrictive area, please check your local laws before or buying. We are, for the most part, willing to ship to the 50 states as long as it's legal. We may require proof of legality before proceeding with a transaction that is exempt from a normal law. Please only buy if you are legal to own this item. Serialized items must be transferred through an FFL. We do accept C&R's on any applicable items.
