This is a newer rifle, and does not appear to have been shot much at all, almost certainly never been in the field. A few only of the most minor surface blemishes, likely from storage. Spotless mirror bore, good trigger. Optic is a Nikon Prostaff 2-7x with a simple duplex reticle. Also comes with the factory box. $50 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
