Description:
This venerable right hand pump-action shotgun is a Winchester Model 12 chambered in 12 Gauge. It has a 2¾" chamber, a 28" Simmons Gun Specialties ventilated rib barrel, an integrated FULL choke barrel, a Hi-viz white round bead front sight, a smaller white bead mid-barrel sight, a 14¼" LOP, an overall length of 47½", a large, round diamond checkered fore arm, a diamond checkered pistol grip butt stock, with white diamond wood cap with white spacer, and a smooth curved trigger with front-of-the-trigger-guard safety push button, and with rear-of-the-trigger-guard bolt release actuator. The bluing is in overall very good to excellent condition, with only slightly noticeable thinning at the muzzle, but with no observable handling wear on the other metal parts. The wood surfaces are in very good to excellent condition, with virtually no apparent handling wear present, and with no scratches, chips, marks, or cracks visible. The bore is very bright and shiny with no erosion or otherwise. The previous owner of this shotgun took very good care of it. Plus, you should know that shooting a heavy, balanced, well-made pump shotgun like the Model 12 is always a joy. The Model 12 is over a century old now, and you will still find it on gun shelves across the country. This one is something a serious collector would love to have. 12 Gauge
