Description:
This is a Springfield 30-40- Krag rifle manufactured in 1898. Bore has rifling and is reflective but it is far from Mint. Super smooth action as all the Krags have. Looks to be an original Carbine stock and forearm wood. The stock has a chunk missing just behind the bolt it would be repairable without weakening the critical points of the stock. I believe the barrel to be cut down due to the band style front sight. Still a great piece at a great price.
