Description: WW Greener, 12 gauge, Empire model, year 1959, in very good condition.  Double trigger with beautiful hand engraving, shell extractor, 32 inch fluid steel barrels, fixed chokes (right barrel Improved Cylinder, left barrel Modified), nice wood, some of the metal is blued in "plum" color, side safety, bone tip on forestock.  It includes the original leather case, but the case is 65 years old and shows it's age.  Of course it has the Greener crossbolt.  I have owned it for about 15 years and shot several side by side sporting clays events.  I cannot speak to how much it was used before me, but the condition suggests that is lightly used.  I no longer compete, and I am not a collector, so I don't need the gun.  I'm no gunsmith, but it appears to be in great mechanical condition.  The barrels fit very tight against the action.  It shoots really well with a well formed 60/40 pattern.  About 8 lbs, a nice weight, not too heavy but not too light.  Smooth and light trigger pull, somewhere in the 3 to 4 lb range.  Length of pull is 13.5 inches with the current kickeze pad on the gun, but the original bone butt plate is included.  If you are buying the gun as a collector, the original butt plate could be put back on, resulting in a shorter LOP. All serial numbers match.
