Offered up for sale is a beautiful Remington 870 Wingmaster 16ga. pump shotgun, with a 28-inch barrel. This 16ga. Wingmaster is in very good condition with minimal bluing wear and a few scratches on the stock. The Wingmaster was Remington’s response to Winchester’s Model 12. The Wingmaster 16ga. is an outstanding gun for waterfowl, upland game and for taking to the range. This Wingmaster 16ga. has serial number 148008W. This field grade features a plain blued matted top receiver, a Remington front bead metal sight, is chambered for 2 ¾ inch shells, and is choked Modified. The slide action is in excellent functional and mechanical condition and the bore is bright and clean. The cross-lock safety operates horizontally across the back of the trigger guard. The pistol grip stock and slide handle (forearm) are made of beautiful satin finished American walnut. The stock features a Remington hard rubber butt pad. This 16ga weighs in at a 6 1/2 lbs., has a LOP of 14 1/8” with an approximate drop at comb of 1 1/2" and 2 1/4" at heel.
