Here is a nice Colt 1877 DA Lightning Revolver made in 1885.
This is the same revolver carried by Doc Holiday, Billy The Kid, Pat Garrett and JohnnWesley Hardin!!!
This revolver is 139 years old and can be collected or taken to the range.
ALL MATCHING SERIAL NUMBERS!
This DOUBLE ACTION revolver locks up tight and functions as it should. (I have not shot it.)
Bore is clean, clear and has rifling. See photos for condition.
Take time to look at the attached photos. They exhibit a pretty good revolver for 135 years old.
The holster may be the original holster but for sure is a H. J. Beckerman Holster from Cameron, Texas. This is the holster type that you would wear inside your pants at the side of the stomach. The metal band would be sticking out over your belt. The soft leather would be in your pants next to your skin. This holster was to conceal the weapon rather than wear it on your help.
