The gentleman I got this from paid almost $10k for it.
I didn't. Not that I don't think it's worth that. I've certainly seen High Condition 1876's bring more than that at the action houses. But this is about the best 1st Model I've seen in 25 years. The woods been kinda cleaned on. Probably varnish started peeling a bit. They thought they'd improve it.
I will take some trade. Colt SAA's. Winchester 1886 levers. Market value.
