Gentlemen, for sale is a Savage model 99C, in 308 caliber. This is an outstanding rifle. Specifications as follows: made 1980 in MA USA, nice walnut stock, clip fed rifle, checkering , horn rear sight, original butt plate, outstanding bluing, perfect bore, and 22” barrel. The 308 caliber is very sought after caliber as Savage sold many more of their owned developed 300 Savage caliber. This is difficult piece to obtain as it is the only clip fed rifle that that Savage made in the model 99. You do not want to miss out on this beautiful piece.
