WEBLEY MK VI patent date 1915 made in 1923 or before in .455 caliber, 3 matching serial numbers (171447) , 6 inch barrel with lightly frosted bore and well defined lands and grooves, 6-shot fluted cylinder that has been modified to shoot .45ACP ammo, original black hard plastic grips, no cracks. This specimen locks up nice and tight and has firm feel for single or double action...very solid! All of the original bluing is gone. When I bought this revolver several years ago, about 50% of the bluing was gone. I removed the other 50% myself. This gun is 100% steel in remarkabley excellent condition, made in England with numerous English proof marks and cartouches. A REAL GENUINE MK VI.
