Description:
Here is a well done re-barreled model 1 rolling block rifle with a fast twist 7X57 23 inch barrel. The stock and action look to be military and in fine working condition. The length of pull is 12 inches and the overall length is 37 inches. The stock has minor dents from use and a nice finish. There is a brass bolt through the side of the wrist, close to the receiver. The metal has a faded case color finish on the receiver and nice bluing on the rest of the parts and barrel. A barrel band attached the fore stock to the barrel and has a bright finish. There is a ramp front sight and an adjustable rear sight. The bore is nice and bright with strong rifling.
Given the size and the caliber, this would be an excellent first hunting rifle to a youth! Please view the photos so you can see the details of the finish.
