***SOLD*** Very Rare Model 70 standard weight Super Grade in 243 caliber! (Only 291 ever made).
S/N 416402 made in 1957.
97-98% original condition throughout with only some scattered light handling marks.
24" barrel with an excellent bore. Mechanical functions are also excellent.
Factory rust blued barrel and factory jeweled action components with the matching bolt S/N clearly scribed on TOP of the jeweling as it should be, all correct features for a post 1954 gun.
Rare and correct Redfield 255 front sight, along with all other special Super Grade appointments including the robust detachable swivels.
This is the third and final 243 Super Grade that I have in inventory and it's also a beauty, similar to the other 2 recently sold.
A very difficult variant to find, especially in such fine condition!
