Description:
This is a nice Hawken style rifle that was custom made with target shooting in mind. It has a 1 1/8" barrel made by Bill Large, 36 inches in lenght. It is 54 cal with a 1-56 twist. The hooked breech plug and tang have been welded together to increase rigidity. It has a L&R lock and Bob Roller double set triggers. The lock, I beleive, is not original to the stock. The stock itself has nice curly figure and is glass bedded for the barrel. I ran a tight patch down the bore and felt no roughness, loose, or tight spots and the patch came out clean. This rifle should make a great shooter. I almost forgot, the rifle weighs 11 pounds. Shipping is $50.00
