Description:
This is an outstanding Flag and Eagle (on both sides) powder flask that goes with the 1849 Colt Pocket Model and other Civil War era revolvers. It has perfect seams and the spout and spring work correctly. This flask has 90%+ original, dark brown lacquer, very beautiful and almost never found in this condition.
This flask is worthy of a high-dollar Colts Patent Pocket. It came directly out of a cased, engraved Colt 1849 Pocket Model.
It is 2 inches wide at the widest point and about 4 5/8 inches tall from the bottom of the flask to the top of the spout.
