Description:
Exceptional Browning BAR Grade II in 30-06 chambering. Made in Belgium in 1969. Comes with a vintage Redfield Royal 3X-9X scope in redfield mounts that is crisp and clear. The rifle appears to be in 98% condition. My pictures don't do it justice. The rear sight has been removed to facilitate scope mounting and the person who I bought it from told me that he would find it and bring t to me. I have been waiting for more than 20 years and I have not received it. If it ever shows up, I will get it to the person who purchases this rifle. These Belgian Grade II BARs are pleasant to shoot with the Semi-automatic action softening the recoil. I have found them to give excellent accuracy, often shooting around minute of angle. They are also great for quick follow-up shots. This particular rifle has virtually no blue wear and has been shot very little with an excellent bore. This would be a great addition to your collection, or a great rifle for hunting deer and elk in a great caliber that is universally available and won't break the bank to shoot.
