Payment Types Accepted: Bank Cashier's Checks, ZELLE, USPS Money Orders, Wal-Mart MoneyGram, personal check About Us: Private Collector of high conditioned quality handguns Description: SOLD- From my private collection I offer one of my beautiful ROYAL BLUE Colt Pythons with a 6 inch barrel and in the box, original plastic bag it was packed in and docs. NOTE: FOR THOSE WHO ASKED-The box has both end flaps and the Colt label with matching serial number and finish shown. I think this one should easily rate a 99% and is more beautiful in person when you can see the Royal Blue finish reflect back in the light. You may see a few photos that still show some oil in spots where I guess I didn't wipe it down all the way before taking pictures. One example is the underside of the barrel where it joins the frame. That is NOT wear in the finish but oil residue instead. Also, any white edges you see are simply light reflections. This one locks up tight without play and timing is dead on! There is a very thin faint turn line and very little evidence of many rounds fired through it after the factory. I have never put a bullet in the gun since purchase but I am not the original owner. The walnut grips with gold Colt medallions appear like new and are gorgeous, not showing any handling marks or wear that I can see. This was purchased after a long search to satisfy my high expectations on condition and finish for my personal collection and stored in a humidity controlled area for a few years. I am a collector and not a gun store so these were all purchased to make me happy as I get older and not just to sell. Hopefully, you can tell from the photos how nice this one is and will make even a picky collector like me happy! You may find a cheaper one if you search and aren't concerned with finding a "collector quality show piece". I am elderly and gradually letting go of some of my beautiful pieces in my collection and I usually receive a commitment to purchase pretty quick when listed at a fair price. If this is not what you want, send me an email and ask if I have what will make you happy. I have no kids to leave them to so having to part with some to narrow down the size of the collection so it is not as large of a burden for my wife if I pass. Each one kills me to let it go so I hope it goes to a good home where someone will love it and smile every time they take it from the box like I have over the years! When the gun is received at your FFL, all inspections and addressing any concerns must be done in front of the FFL that received the shipment. Call me to discuss any concerns found during the inspection but I can't imagine there could be any. I cannot be responsible for the condition of the gun once it leaves the presence of the FFL and therefore no returns if it leaves the FFL. The gun should not be dry fired multiple times causing the value of this collectible gun in this rare condition to decline if a more prominent turn line is created. Returns require buyer to pay all shipping costs and FFL fees for both parties both ways and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if you "just changed your mind" and there are no misreprentations. Returns only allowed with everything in the exact same condition with all contents as shipped. "No warranty expressed or implied" by the Seller. It is recommended to have all collector pieces that haven't been fired much over the years, be inspected by a Gunsmith before firing. Guns will be shipped to your local FFL dealer by UPS AIR and an email showing your FFL's contact information and full address must be provided in advance for shipping estimates. Buyer pays shipping costs, any requested insurance, and FFL fees if required. No sales or shipments to California or other states with gun restrictions.
