Mauser Gew 98 action barreled and chambered in 219 Donaldson Wasp. Douglas barrel, 24 1/2" long, .825 muzzle diameter. By the engraving G R Douglas, 219 Wasp, I expect Douglas also fit and chambered the barrel. 14" twist. Bore is excellent, does not look like the rifle was fired much after completion, The action has been upgraded with a Mashburn adjustable trigger, Buehler Low Swing safety, and new bolt handle. Target scope bases on the barrel and front receiver ring. Custom bottom metal for single shot operation. Sorry, this was an estate find and I do not have dies or ammunition.
