This Remington 58 has been upgraded with a 26” Hastings barrel featuring a 3” chamber, vent ribs, and a Hastings screw-in Mod choke. The bluing is 99% and the bore is mirror. The receiver shows 99% bluing and shows clear game scenes engraved on both sides. The furniture exhibits good straight grain and skip line checkering on the forend, there are some handling marks. These gas operated semi-autos are easy to maintain and are regarded by many as one of Remington’s best handling shotguns ever made. What a great gun and a great choice for upland bird hunting.
