Description:
Nice Merkel drilling built in Jan, 1969. Bores are excellent, barrels measure a touch over 24 1/2", 2 3/4" chambers, choked R-.045, L-.045 (x-full/x-full), nitro proofed, and thinning/mild scratches in the bluing. The wood has a nice oil finish and is in very good condition with sharp checkering. Mild case color still visible on the action. LOP measures 14 1/4". It wieghs in at 8lbs 6ozs scoped (scope not included, the 1" claw rings are) and 7lbs 12ozs without. Its tight, on face, set trigger for the rifle. This is a very nice, very usable gun that shoots incredibly well. Shipping will be 100.00 shipped USPS priority insured from me (not FFL) to your receiving FFL.
