Synopsis: W&F Bern, K31, Target Diopter Sights, Swiss Military Rifle, P687208, FB01046 Description: Swiss Miltary K31, target conversion with left side of receiver milled for W&F diopter target sight, globe front sight, both with protective covers. SN: P687208. Cal. 7.5x55. Standard features include tangent rear sight, straight pull bolt, detachable magazine, and metal buttplate. The left side of receiver is factory marked “P 687208”. Serial number is repeated on the barrel, bolt, and on the bottom of the magazine that is also retailer marked “Walti Waffen Langnau” (the same retailer as on the buttstock decal). Lightly varnished walnut stock. Complete with brown unmarked commercial sling. Condition: VG-EXC rifle as one might expect of a carefully cared for and converted Military configuration rifle, now with a fixed globe front sight and W/F Bern diopter rear sight, with reference to previous competitions as reflected by the shooting decals on the forend that date from 1983-1988. Mirror bright bore with strong rifling. Perfect manual mechanics.
