A heritage cased Purdey side by side 20 bore self-opening ejector gun with 27 ½” barrels and an extra pair of 27” 28 bore barrels. Both barrels come with slightly raised Churchill style ribs. The 20 bore barrels are choked improved cylinder and modified and 28 bore barrels are choked modified and full. 14 ¼” length of pull over a leather covered pad.

Straight English stock, single trigger on a square bar action, auto-safety, traditional Purdey safety catch, raised line cocking indicators, beaded edge trigger guard, drop points, removable striker discs, and an initialed gold oval. The gun was proofed in London in 1982 with 2 3/4" chambers for both 20 and 28 bore barrels.

Ken Hunt engraved and signed. Exquisitely sculpted floral black leaves and gamebirds. Bobwhite quail on the right, ruffed grouse on the left, American woodcock on the underside, and a mourning dove on the trigger guard. Silver finished action and furniture. Excellent bores and bluing on barrels. Near perfect well figured walnut stock, forearm, and checkering. Top lever right of center, on face, and ejectors in time.
