A Scarce & Desirable Civil War "James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield" Large Shoulder Stock Powder Flask In Nice Untouched All Original Condition and complete. The flask has a fine body with tight seams. It has fine relief designs on it throughout. The neck of the flask in raised engraved on one side with a raised 4 point diamond shape with the letters "J,7,3,C" on each point from top to the right all around, and the letters "Bd" in the middle. On the other side it is marked "No. 94923". The original top is fine throughout and also untouched. The adjustable spout goes from "2 - 2/34 Drams". The entire flask has a wonderful natural patina on the brass. The flask measures 8 1/2 inches long and 3 1/4 inches wide at the bottom. The top measures 2 inches across.
