Description:
This Colt Lightning is a large frame pump action rifle that is chambered in .40-60-260. According to the serial number and letter of authenticity, this model was manufactured in the year of 1887 and has remained to be in fantastic condition with the exception of some light wear on the stock, which can be seen in the photos above. According to the paperwork it was shipped to Portland, Oregon on June 11, 1887. A rare firearm, with approximately only 6,496 manufactured, this makes for a great addition for any collector or enthusiast seeking to add an important piece of firearm history. .40-60 WCF
