SER #92-08506, 12ga., 28” ventilated rib choked modified with a bright excellent bore. The metal surfaces of this shotgun retain about 92% original blue with one noticeable scratch and some high edgewear. The top and bottom of the receiver matted while the sides are embellished with machine-rolled loose foliate scroll engraving. The carrier is bright with some faint oxidation staining on the fluted bolt and the trigger and slide release lever retain nearly 85% their gold coloring. The checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and forend with diamond inlay gripcap rate good with a few scattered light dings and handling marks with some finish loss. The stock features a rubber ventilated recoil pad and the action appears to function well mechanically.
