This listing is for a USED H&R 999 Sportsman DA/SA 22 LR Blued Finish Wood Grips 6\" BBL 9 Round. This is a used gun, it has been fired and will have residue present. This H&R 999 Sportsman is chambered in 22 LR, and it will hold 9 rounds in the cylinder. This revolver comes with a 6 inch barrel. It comes equipped with a fixed front sight, and a U-notch rear sight. There are several light scratches present across the barrel, frame, cylinder, and on the grips. There are several punch marks on both sides of the frame underneath the hammer. There is rust present around the hammer, and there is some rusting and pitting present in some of the cylinder chambers. There is also some light rust present around the exposed hook. This revolver was not put back together correctly, and the hook is now protruding in front of the trigger guard. If the hook is out of place, it will cause the action to become very stiff to operate. The action appears to operate smoothly once the hook is in a certain position. There are a few scratches around the crown. The bore appears to be in good condition. This would be a great addition to your collection.
