Description:
REDUCED! Extremely rare ( only a couple hundred made) .31 caliber, Manhattan made London Pistol with factory engraving. This is a 5 shot, 10 cylinder stop, 4 inch barrel pocket size percussion revolver. The cylinder is engraved with a stage coach robbery scene which is faint but parts are still visible. The factory engraved finish is worn and pitted throughout. The two piece wood grips are very good. The bore is rusty but rifling is present. The hammer and trigger function correctly however the cylinder does not advance when cocked. The cylinder does turn freely. The serial number is #1649 and there is a matching wedge also of the same number. The front sight is a brass pin type worn almost flat. There may be a screw missing on the inside front strap of the grips, see picture. An example of a rare pocket revolver in fair condition. Price is $550 to reflect condition. Shipping is $25.
