Payment Types Accepted: Description: Antique American muzzle loading Kentucky style half stock plains rifle approximately 38-40 caliber with a 33.5 inch octagon barrel and 48" total length with a buck horn rear sight and drum percussion bolster and Nipple. The lock and barrel are maker marked C. Siebert Columbus, O. Charles and Christian Siebert were gun makers in Columbus ???, Ohio in 1851 and after. Condion is good with the lock and barrel haveing a smooth brown patina. The brass but plate and trigger guard show age toning. The stock is in good condition with a crack behinde the hammer from the tang to the lock. The double set triggers work fine and the bore shows rifling but needs cleaning.
