This is a 1951 Remington Wingmaster with 28\" fixed choke FULL and MOD barrels. The date code on the MOD barrel is EXX, and for the FULL it is LXX. The receiver has a \"V\" suffix. The metal and finish on both barrels and the receiver is in very good condition, excepting a light scratch here and there. The fore-end is in good shape, but the stock has a recoil pad and at some point was chipped on the bottom and then repaired as you see it. Comes with a faux-leather case. This is a great, shooting example of an early Wingmaster that has the \"perfect\" knocked off of it already, so you can take this beauty to the field and not worry too hard when it earns another ding or two.
