Here is an Antique "The GUARDIAN AMERICAN MODEL of 1878" finely engraved on the cylinder, double action Model 1878 under Lefaucheux (license) 7mm Pinfire caliber, with 2.75" Octagonal barrel with an excellent shinny bore with sharp rifling. FFL is not required for the transfer. It’s chambered for 7mm PinFire. With fancy sculpted dark rubber grips with collapsible trigger. The original nickel finish rates 90%, markings sharp and well defined "Liege", the double action works well spin the cylinder with the right timing, the ejector's rod is present. During the Civil War these European Pinfire Double Action Revolver had encountered a great success.The original pinfire bullets shown on the pictures are not for sale. These modern PinFire revolvers were very were popular in 3 different calibers: 7mm, 9mm & 12mm. all the German, Belgium manufactured those revolvers under the French Lefaucheux license.
