Description:
Up for sale we have a beautiful Remington model 760 Gamemaster chambered in 30-06. The gun comes with a 3 power Tasco scope mounted with Leupold rings on a one piece Redfield base. The rifle has a 22 inch barrel with great, shiny rifling. The action is smooth as silk and the gun has a nice, crisp trigger perfect for hunting. It also has beautiful custom wood with ivory diamond inlays, super fine skip line checkering, a nice ventilated Pacmeyer white line recoil pad, and a well shaped and ergonomical cheekpiece. The 14 inch LoP is perfect for most shooters and leaves plenty of room to shorten the stock if necessary. There is a bit of wood missing at the receiver on the right hand side of the stock. The bluing looks fantastic. There is some wear on the receiver where the gun was carried and a small amount of pitting on the left hanc side just above the bolt release button. Over all the gun is in great shape and would make an excellent hunting rifle. The stock has a sling swivel stud and barrel mounted studs are readily available to make the addition of a sling a breeze if desired.
