This Smith & Wesson was manufactured by Howa Machinery Co. in Japan from 1972 to 1984. The 1000 is gas-operated with an engraved alloy receiver, checkered pistol grip, stock, and Forearm. It is a sleek-designed shotgun that points like a champ. The 1000 was well-received by the shooting world. This gun is 90% overall. It has normal wear with dents and dings. It has not been abused.
