Description:
This is a 36 caliber Colts Patent bullet mold in superb condition for the 1851 Navy Colt. The markings are excellent. The hinge and sprue cutter work just as they should. The cavities on this mold are near perfect. The patina is a very attractive gun metal greyish-brown color. It has not been used as a hammer as so many Civil War molds were. This mold is worthy of a nice cased Colt.
