THE RIFLE IS FITTED WITH A HOODED FRONT RAMP SIGHT BLADE, A WILLIAMS REAR SIGHT, AND A LEUPOLD M7-3X SCOPE. THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CHAMBER SHOWS THE CALIBER AND THE PROOF MARKS, WITH THE TOP OF THE BARREL READING "ORIGINAL MAUSER". THE EXPERTLY MACHINED TELESCOPING ACTION THAT IS A HALLMARK OF THE MODEL 66S HAS BEEN ENGRAVED WITH AN OAK LEAF PATTERN AND CONTINUES TO THE BOLT CARRIER AND THE BOLT HANDLE. WHILE THE LEFT SIDE FLAT OF THE CARRIER READS" MAUSER WERKE OBERNDORF GMNH MOD 66S," THE BOLT ITSELF IS FINELY MACHINED WITH JEWELING FOR THE SMOOTHNESS OF THE ACTION. THE TANG IS FITTED WITH A LEVER THAT SETS THE TRIGGER, GIVING A LIGHT, CRISP TRIGGER PULL. THE FULL-LENGTH MANNLICHER STOCK IS EXCEPTIONALLY CRAFTED WITH A BARVARIAN STYLE CHEEK v CHECKERING ON THE PISTOL GRIP AND FOREARM. AS WELL AS A FACTORY RECOIL PAD. EXCELLENT OVERALL CONDITON, RETAINING ALL ORIGINAL FINISH WITH VERY MINIMAL WEAR THE EGRAVING IS PERFECT, AND THE CHECKERING IS TRULY OUTSTANDING. IN MY OPINION, A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME FIND OF A RIFLE.
