Description:
A Winchester 1894 Saddle ring carbine. With a possible manufacture date of 1894! Given the barrel type on this particular firearm it is very likely that the barrel was replaced from the ordinance steel barrel to the nickel steel barrels which could take smokeless powders. For its possible age it is in real good shape with some discoloration of metals and a soft point in the forearm on the left side where hand placement would be. Overall a handsome rifle in a wonderful shooting cartridge; that if could talk might have some mighty fine stories. .32-40 Winchester
